The Work of Gospel Depth

1) We have narrowed the thrust of Gospel Depthʼs ministry down to the phrase “teaching, preaching, consulting and mentoring in all things biblical and theological”. The focus of Gospel Depth is to do this important teaching, consulting and mentoring among the pastors, leaders, churches and Christian organizations in North America.

2) Writing book, article and pamphlet length pieces on key theological issues facing the contemporary Church. J.I. Packer, seeing the lack of such needed literature, said that this vision of a Church well-grounded in biblical theology “is undermined…by the churchʼs lack of easy-to-read literature written in full faithfulness to the Bible and the gospel”. Hence the Church needs “gospel depth” literature.

3) Continuing Vicʼs 25 year ministry as a theologian to the Church in Haiti. This ministry has grown in many ways over the years, and it is all integrated into a ministry that seeks to help the Haitian Church be healthy and reach its country for Christ. It is especially grounded in Vicʼs theological ministry of teaching, preaching, consulting and mentoring at the University and Seminary (the Christian University of Northern Haiti) and with the pastors and in the churches of the Haitian Baptist Convention. One of his passions is to help the Haitian leaders develop their own theology specifically for the Haitian Church.
